A Process.
30th April 2017I draw through the yellow slip, revealing the inlaid colour underneath. I cant afford to slip now, every mark I make will show. Blimey, this one was heavy! What a transformation, i love it! It looks beautiful in the garden. Putting work outside really brings the surfaces to life.
Limestone looks wonderful in the sunshine.
22nd April 2017This stunning limestone figure has just been installed by Terence Lister and I am feeling so privileged to be able to live alongside so many amazing works of art! The garden opens to the public in May.

13th April 2017The garden was flooded with sunshine today and it was so exciting to Have Henk Littlewood in the garden constructing this wonderful oak sculpture entitled Mind and made from a single tree! Soaring into the sky.
8th April 2017I was thrilled today to have Thomas Joynes working in the garden. He constructed this beautiful sculpture which is called Crescent. Here he is meticulously threading the wire. This piece is made of stainless steel and oak and is so graceful and elegant.

3rd April 2017‘The Bather’ by Helen Sinclair, it brought me to tears when I was unwrapping it! These pieces ( of which I have five) are steeped with feeling and I feel so honoured to be housing them for a while. The garden opens to the public in May,
Bursting
30th March 2017The garden is bursting into flower and the workshop is bursting at the seams! Working on the final three pieces to complete this years collection.
